3 Labor-Management Relations Act of 1947
Принят в качестве поправки к Национальному закону о трудовых отношениях (закон Вагнера [ Wagner Act]); предоставлял трудящимся право самим решать вопрос о вступлении в профсоюзы, но ограничивал право профсоюзов на забастовку, запрещал забастовки солидарности, ответные локауты, массовое пикетирование и закрытые предприятия [ closed shop]. Запрещал членам компартии занимать профсоюзные должности.
